  Life’s challenges took over during the last few years, and more so, the last 1/2 year, Stress moved in… And all knowledge went out the window; I allowed my stress to take over.

  My blood work results came back this morning… I failed miserably in all my blood work, including blood sugar, (my father was a diabetic) and thyroid.

  So, now I am going to challenge myself, and my doctor. I am going to ask him to see if I can “manually” reduce my “bad” blood to acceptable levels. At least I will bargain with him to let me try. I have an amazing doctor, so I highly respect his opinion and decisions.

  Of course I have a plan. I will exercise, control my diet…and take my own products…I am my own customer.

  And, I will document my results, successes, and hopefully, no failures here in my blog!
